Achieving a 90% funding success rate begins with determining the actual state or condition of your business against the ideal criteria of that 90%.

Achieving the state of "Broker-Dealer-ready" for a company means reaching the highest deal quality level possible for an investment from private capital markets in America.

Our proprietary BDR Rating™ system, exclusively powered on the EPEC Platform, is the only commercially available market standard in the world for business ratings against the investment standard of a company being Broker-Dealer ready.

Why Your Company BDR Rating Matters

Very few companies will make it to Wall Street for an IPO on the NYSE, NASDAQ, or even abroad on a foreign exchange. Most may never make it to a successful M&A.

Here is a market-standard fact every founder should be aware of if they trying to raise capital for their company: the closer a company is to fully Broker-Dealer ready, the larger (and more assured) the capital investment opportunity.

Until recently, there has no commercially available system for this, nor programs that companies can participate in to achieve this state for substantial capitalization.

The EPEC Platform now solves this problem. The BDR Rating System™ is available for use by any company, along with programs to increase a Founder's odds of getting capitalized from 1.5% to well over 72%.

Hundreds of thousands of startups and companies are rejected annually by venture capital, family offices, and angel investors. Each can significantly improve their capitalization opportunity by getting their BDR Rating, and doing a program to become a quality deal for investors.

Founders work most of their lives, or likely its most significant periods, to realize their vision's success.

Founders can now take affirmative action to ensure success in closing the volume of private market capital they need to win.

DISCLOSURE: Any company may use our system to determine its BDR Rating™ and state of true readiness for private capital market investment at any time and at no cost.

However, entering the system and providing reasonably accurate company information may require some time, depending on the immediate availability of your company information. When answering financial questions about your business, exact dollar amounts are not necessarily required. However, please approximate with as much reasonable accuracy as possible to ensure a correct and accurate rating outcome for your company.

Determination of your BDR Rating™ may vary according to the accuracy of the information provided. The greater the accuracy of your business information, the more focused your rating outcome will be.

Your BDR Rating Report™ will not necessarily include the recommended program steps to be addressed  to increase your company’s Broker-dealer readiness, as this information is only provided to a company that has registered for and joined one of our EPEC programs.
